No, we don’t charge for the initial consultation and full assessment – and we plan to keep it that way!

Once you have the full assessment, it is your choice whether you want to sign up as a client, or take the assessment and ‘do it yourself’.
Our preferred method of consultation and communication is via email.
We understand that overseas clients would be more comfortable having at ‘meet and greet’ Skype session before making a decision to sign on, or just to ask some questions after signing on. Skype sessions can be held during the evenings (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Skype ID is Angelica.OSullivan.

If you are based in Canberra, we would be happy to come to you and meet face-to-face at the venue of your choice or at your home.
You should receive a full assessment (and not just an acknowledgement) within 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the situation.
The full assessment will be emailed to you and will be tailored to your personal circumstances, taking into account your age, qualification and work experience.
You will be contacted by email if further information is required to complete the full assessment.
The assessment provides a roadmap to your journey of migrating to Australia. It lists the different steps involved in the migration process with expected timelines and costs for each of the steps.
Once you are satisfied with the assessment and want to proceed, we will arrange to email you the Client Service Agreement.
The cost depends on the visa you are applying for.
If you are applying for a General Skilled Migration visa, you should be prepared to pay for the cost of taking an English language test, skills assessment and state nomination (where applicable).
Once you have completed these steps and receive an Invitation to Apply for a visa, then you will need to prepare for the cost of the visa application charge, taking into account the secondary applicants to be included in your visa application.
You can get an estimate of the cost of your visa application from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection website. We will advise you the exact cost payable well before lodgement of the visa application.
We accept credit cards, electronic bank transfer, cash, Western Union or PayPal.
Timeframes vary depending on the type of visa you are applying for, your nominated occupation, the skills assessment process, state nomination and SkillSelect occupation ceilings.
You should allow from six to ten months from lodgement of your skills assessment application to final outcome of your visa application.
However, in some cases you should be prepared to wait longer if you require state nomination but no states are accepting sponsorship applications for your nominated occupation.
You should also note the General Skilled Migration SkillSelect allocation dates and the Global visa and citizenship processing times for your particular visa subclass as this will dictate the processing time for your visa application.
