Up until today, we are still exhilarated with the news we received last Thursday night. This happened because of prayers, help and hard work of Ms Gigi. We never expected to be this fast as 22 months. We heard from others that it took them more than 3 years for their Partner subclass 801 visa to be granted.

Ms Gigi was recommended by my friends way back 2014 when I was on my temporary visa. She helped me with my permanent residency visa in 2015. I can still remember we lodged it just a day after my 2 years of residency in WA because my father passed away and I needed to go back home. She didn’t rest until she lodged it. That’s when I knew she cares for her clients.

Moving forward after I got my permanent residency, I inquired about the partner visa and she advised me further what’s the best action. Almost 4 years later, late of 2018, we applied for the Partner Visa. Ms Gigi would reply to our queries even if we sent it late at night. That is how passionate she is with her work. Then, Thursday night of 25th February 2021 we received a missed call from Ms Gigi. I knew she called because of the good news! We could not contain our happiness, that finally we will be able to plan our future as family. Nakakaiyak! She helped make our dreams come true. We are forever grateful!

This has been long overdue but we wanted to express our sincerest thank you for all your help. From the start of the process to the end of visa application, you made it very smooth and we felt like we were in a safe place with you helping us out every step of the way. Of course there were road blocks, but what I appreciated the most is that you were honest, I know that is hard but, to us its better than giving us false hopes. At least, we know what to expect. But again, I can’t stress enough how you manage everything well (even responding to my weekend & late night emails – sorry for that).

We are now starting to settle in Perth. With everything going on today, I must say that we made the right decision to move here in Australia. It is not a secret that we’re doing far more better than the rest of the world. I hope you and your family are all healthy and safe.

On top of everything, the best surprise came last year. We are 5 months pregnant now and expecting a baby girl. Not sure if I mentioned that we’ve been trying for the past 5 years, and finally, we were blessed with such an angel. I believe that a more relaxed and a changed environment really helped with the pregnancy.

Its such a pleasure to meet you and I hope we can see you in person. Again, BIG THANKS to you and everyone in the team!
